Clinglobal is an Animal Health Services company established during 2016 in Mauritius acting as a contract holding and centralised service provider for the ever expanding “Clin” group of companies.
Our unique business model allows the animal health industry and community to benefit from our simplified contracting solutions by having a customizable all-inclusive approach and the delivery of animal health research projects and services.
We provide end to end solutions to the global animal health community by placing projects strategically at our specialized partners
What We Do?
In addition to simplified contracting solutions for our customers we also provide internal shared support services which allows vital research staff to focus on research results. Our organizational model ensures scalability and economies of scale, allowing resources of each partner company to be assigned by function focusing on key competencies.
As a contract holding company, Clinglobal is responsible to ensure compliance to applicable regulations and guidelines as stipulated by applicable global regulatory agencies for all the partner companies. To ensure regulatory compliance, Clinglobal performs and reports on audits, gap analysis or mock inspections at partner companies, and is also involved in the investigation of any issues/non-conformances identified and implementation of actions to address issues/non-conformances.
We also manage risks for all partner companies to ensure that all risks are identified, mitigated and subsequently minimized. Risks are documented and risk control measures are discussed and documented.
